Approve a resolution directing the City Manager to communicate to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Army Corps of Engineers to preserve a broad definition of “Waters of the United States” that includes Clean Water Act protections for headwater, ephemeral and intermittent streams, and wetlands, as defined by the 2015 Clean Water Rule and to encourage the public to submit comment during the EPA’s public comment period ending April 15, 2019.
