Consider and take appropriate action on the City of San Marcos’ request to amend the current Transportation Improvement Program for fixed route bus service operating assistance under the FY 2013 FTA Section 5307 Program and accompanying resolution acknowledging the action (Considered a Tier 1 Amendment under the April’s 2012 Public Participation Plan)

Consider and take appropriate action on a request to approve Amendment 2 to the Interlocal Agreement between the Texas Transportation Institute and CAMPO for Air Quality Emissions Analysis and accompanying resolution acknowledging the action

Consider and take appropriate action on a request to authorize the director to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with the Texas A&M Transportation Institute for the following tasks

Up to $10,000 for Regional Transit Coordination activities Up to $140,000 for the 2012 Roadway Congestion Analysis: Performance Report and Information System Up to $90,000 for a the development of a Regional Safety Study and accompanying resolution acknowledging the action
