UH, THIS IS A 150 UNIT DEVELOPMENT.

UH, 100% OF THE PROPERTY WILL BE, UH, AFFORDABLE AT 50% OF THE MEDIAN FAMILY INCOME, AND IT IS TARGETED FOR A SENIORS.

THE SECOND PUBLIC HEARING IS FOR A 45 MILLION MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING REVENUE BOND, UH, FOR A C G RBJ TWO.

UH, THIS IS THE REBECCA, THE TOWER.

UH, IT IS A 225 UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR, UH, TARGETING SENIORS.

AFFORDABLE AT 30%, 50%, AND 60% MFI.

AND YOU'RE ASKING FOR ACTION ON BOTH OF THESE ITEMS AFTER THE PUBLIC HEARING? UH, NO, SIR.

MOVING OVER TO THE CAMERON AREA, AND I WILL JUST CALL TO YOUR ATTENTION THAT CORONADO HILLS, WHEN CAPITOL METRO ELIMINATED THE SERVICE JUNE 3RD, 2018, THE SERVICE WAS ELIMINATED THERE AS WELL.

I WANT YOU TO RECOGNIZE THAT YOU HAVE 526 UNITS WITHIN ABOUT TWO MILES, 50% AREA MEDIAN INCOME OVER AT THE OLD, UM, HOME DEPOT AS WELL.

AND SO AFRICAN AMERICANS WOULD BE ABLE TO LIVE HERE BECAUSE IT'S ABOUT $38,000.

BUT WHEN YOU'RE WEST OF I 35, IT'S 80% AREA MEDIAN INCOME.

UH, AND SO I JUST WANT YOU TO RECOGNIZE THAT WHEN I SAY YOU'RE RE CODIFYING THE 1928 PLAN IS BECAUSE OF THESE, UH, AREA MEDIAN INCOMES.

UH, SPECIFICALLY I WANT YOU TO RECOGNIZE AS WELL AS IT RELATES TO THE CAMERON ROAD AREA.

THAT'S A HIGH INJURY, UH, AREA AND IT'S SPECIFIED BY THE AUSTIN TRANSIT, UH, TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT.
