2. Approve an ordinance authorizing fees, fines, and other charges to be set or charged by the City for Fiscal Year 2020-2021, beginning on October 1, 2020, and ending on September 30, 2021. 2

Approve an ordinance establishing classifications and positions in the classified service of the Austin Fire Department; creating certain positions; and repealing Ordinance No. 20190910-003 relating to Fire Department classifications and positions. 4. Approve an ordinance establishing classifications and positions in the classified service of the Austin Police Department; eliminating certain positions; and repealing Ordinance No. 20190910-004 relating to Police Department classifications and positions. 5. Approve an ordinance establishing classifications and positions in the classified service of the Emergency Medical Services Department; creating certain positions; and repealing Ordinance No. 20190910-005 relating to Emergency Medical Services Department classifications and positions.
6. Ratify the property tax increase reflected in the Budget for Fiscal Year 2020-2021.

8. Approve a resolution appointing Natasha Harper-Madison and Paige Ellis to the Board of Directors for the Mueller Local Government Corporation.

Approve an ordinance ordering a general municipal election to be held on November 3, 2020, for the purpose of electing City Council Members (single member districts) for District 2, District 4, District 6, District 7, and District 10; ordering a special election for the purpose of submitting a proposed tax rate that exceeds the voter approval rate, for the purpose of funding and authorizing the Project Connect Transit System; providing for the conduct of the general and special elections, including authorizing the City Clerk to enter into joint election agreements with other local political subdivisions as may be necessary for the orderly conduct of the elections; and declaring an emergency.
12. The Mayor will recess the City Council meeting to conduct a Board of Directors' Meeting of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation. 13. The Mayor will recess the City Council meeting to conduct a Board of Directors' meeting of the Mueller Local Government Corporation.
