ITEMS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW AND RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL TO CITY COUNCIL 8. Recommend approval to negotiate and execute a 24-month contract with NATIONAL WORKS INC., to provide Televising, Cleaning, Smoke Testing and Trenchless Point Repair of Sanitary Sewer Collection System Pipes, in an amount not to exceed $2,078,664, with three additional 12-month extension options in an amount not to exceed $1,039,332 per extension option, for a total contract amount not to exceed $5,196,660. 9.
